Hotel and Self Catering Apartments

1. Prices
   Prices are per room, per night and include breakfast and all taxes.
2. Reservations
   We are a small, very popular, family run establishment, hence we prefer to have 100% security that guests do not forfeit their reservations leaving us with vacant rooms. The cancellation policy applies. We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit/debit cards.
3. Smoking
   Smoking is not allowed in any part of the Hotel including all of the bedrooms, if this ban is ignored, a deep cleaning charge of £75.00 per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to except the room you will be liable for the cost of finding alternative accommodation  for that guest.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Bookings are non-refundable.
5. Check-in
   Check in time is 15:00-23:00 (other times by arrangement). If guests arrive earlier luggage can be left and cars parked. Check out time on the date of departure is 10:30am. If the room is not vacated by this time, guests may be subject to another nights charge. We offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 10:30am until the end of the day on the date of departure.
6. Booking
   Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between Grovefield Manor and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with Grovefield Manor on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents. Grovefield Manor reserves the right to refuse any booking.
7. Liability
   Grovefield Manor does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site. Grovefield Manor does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Grovefield Manor web site or for any products or services purchased from the Grovefield Manor web site. Cars parked on our car park are completely at owners risk. We reserve the right, and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card, for any damage incurred to your room or the hotel during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave. A charge will be made for any extra cleaning of the room that is needed, other than regular cleaning that would be needed after normal use.
8. Complaints
   Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Grovefield Manor in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
9. Inappropriate Use
   If our hotel reservation confirmations are used inappropriately as means of VISA application, an admin fee will be charged and the customer will be reported to the local authorities.
10. Visitors
    The Hotel operates a strict policy of no visitors entering  rooms. Should you wish to have a visitor  this can be arranged in the lounge area of the hotel on the ground floor .

Privacy Policy

1. Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.
2. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time is your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.
3. Grovefield Manor does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.
4. Grovefield Manor will not seek or hold information about you which is excessive for its purposes and will endeavour to keep any information about you up to date and accurate.
5. Grovefield Manor will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary and endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use. In using the Grovefield Manor web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information in the ways described above and for anonymous usage statistics.

Grovefield Manor Internet Access Terms & Conditions

The paragraphs below are the terms and conditions for Grovefield Manor's wireless local access network services (the "Service") supplied by Grovefield Manor to you ("You"). By using the service, you represent that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Grovefield Manor's Obligations and Rights:

1. Grovefield Manor will not disclose your contact information to any third party without your consent, except for the following. We may disclose your contact information to companies with which we have contracted for the provision of the Service, but only for purposes of providing the Service to you. We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong, including disclosure of your contact information, but only if we are required to do so by law.
2. Grovefield Manor provides the service on an "as is" basis, but will endeavour to provide uninterrupted wireless internet access, but cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times and in all parts of the Hotel at all times. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend the Service or any part of it without notice to you for technical repair.
3. Any security that you have in your dealings on the Internet or your corporate intra net is maintained by you when you use our Service. Grovefield Manor provides no more or less security than you already have, because we provide access and do not interfere with content. For that reason, we cannot be, and are not responsible for the security of the information you transmit on the Service. Nor may Grovefield Manor be responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information obtained through the Service from the Internet.
4. For the reasons listed in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, Grovefield Manor shall not be liable to you in any circumstances for any indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption, information or loss of data, security breach, loss of goodwill or other pecuniary loss, including loss or damage suffered as a result of any virus, denial of service, spamming or hacking. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Service.

End User's Obligations and Rights

1. You are responsible for (1) maintaining the confidentiality of the password and (2) all activities that occur under your user name and password. You will be liable for all losses, damage, costs and expenses, direct or indirect, however incurred, suffered by Grovefield Manor due to the loss, misuse and/or disclosure of your user name and password.
2. Grovefield Manor offers the Service for activities such as the active use of e-mail, instant messaging, browsing the World Wide Web and accessing corporate intra nets. High volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, are not permitted. Hosting a web server or any other server by use of our Service is prohibited. Trying to access someone else's account, sending unsolicited bulk e-mail, collection of other people's personal data without their knowledge and interference with other network users are all prohibited.
3. Grovefield Manor reserves the right to suspend the Service if (1) Grovefield Manor reasonably believes that your use of the Service is unreasonably excessive or (2) you are using the Service for criminal or illegal activities.
4. You will not be eligible for any compensation if you cannot use the Service because (i) there is a general power failure at the location you are accessing (ii) the location is undergoing maintenance or (iii) Service has been suspended because of a failure outside of Grovefield Manor's control.
5. You do not have the right to resell this Service to a third party.

General Information

1. These terms and conditions and all other legal relationships between Grovefield Manor and you shall be governed by English Law.
2. Grovefield Manor reserves the right to revise, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions, our other policies and agreements, and aspects of the Service itself. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on Grovefield Manor's website and will be effective as to existing users 30 days after posting same.
